When do I start earning from my device?
As soon as your device is connected to the platform.
How long will my device last?
Providing that the device is kept in an environment like our hosting facility, your device should have an 8-10 year shelf life.
What could go wrong with my device?
Leaning on our hardware partners' extensive knowledge and experience, our range of products have been designed with efficiency being our main priority. We use innovative passive cooling techniques, limiting the number of moving parts within the device and potential internal problems. 90% of all common problems are software related and, most of the time can be fixed with a reboot, which can be executed remotely. If you notice anything strange with the performance of your device, then please get in touch with our support line, and they will resolve the issue for you.
Do I need to be involved in running my device or deal with cloud consumers?
You will not have to do anything regarding running your device, everything on the platform is automated. We advise that you regularly check the status of your units for errors, just in case we have not yet spotted the problem. You will not be required to deal with any consumers, as, once again, that is automated via the platform. The only time you may need to be involved is if there is a potential contract for you to exclusively lease out your device for an agreed price over an agreed period.

Are there any maintenance fees?
If your device needs to be manually rebooted or requires maintenance, we will need an onsite data centre engineer to fix the problem, resulting in remote handling fees. These are $110 per hour (business hours) and $176 (outside of business hours) - these are the fees charged by the data centre and are charged in half-hour increments. Typically, you can expect 2 hours of remote handling fees per annum for maintenance.
How much can I expect to make from my device?
This can vary. If you check out our potential earnings table in this brochure, this will give you an estimated ROI for all our devices.
How long will it take for my device to be online after purchase?
It all depends on stock availability. Right now, there is a huge demand for GPUs and other essential components within our servers globally, so lead times can be longer than usual; however, we expect all devices to be online within 15 weeks of purchase.
Can I sell my device?
Yes, you can sell your device. We require 30 days' notice to inform us that you will be selling your device, providing that all payments are up to date. Then, we can release your unit and assist in arranging for it to be shipped to wherever you wish for it to be shipped. Alternatively, you can transfer ownership of the device to whoever is buying your unit so that they take over the agreement.
Where is my device stored?
In one of our tier 3 green renewable energy data centres.
Where do I get paid?
All income is received in US Dollars monthly into your chosen bank account.
